Veda Sapthaham

A laudable effort is being made to bring the ancient Vedas from the hallowed confines of veda pathasalas to the lay public. The trailblazer in this mighty endeavour is the hightly respected Dr Kuroor Damodaran Namoothiripad, (85?), a Vedic scholar and researcher who was formerly Professor in IIT, Madras.

This unusual attempt is being brought about in saptaham format at the venerable Thekke Madham, Thrissur, a renowned cultural center of Kerala.

Saptaham is the recitation extending over seven days. Suka muni, the son and disciple of Veda Vyasa recited the entire Bhagavatam to Maharaja Parikshit in an assembly of learned saints on the bank of the Ganges at Hastinapura over a period of seven days. Bhagavatham is now recited in the saptaham format, in honour of Suka muni’s recital.

Later on Ramayanam and Narayaneeyam also started being recited as saptaham. In the present venture, the gist of the Vedas are being presented to the discerning public in the now well-established saptaham format at Thekke Madham, a monastery established by Padmapadacharya, a disciple of the mighty Advaitha philosopher Adi Sankara of Kalady (788 – 820 AD).

This acharya from Kalady had established four Madhas at different parts of India for the propagation of Vedantha and Advaitha philosophy. It is believed that following the path of this great teacher, four of his disciples established four Madhas under a single roof at Thrissur and they were;
1. The Thekke Madham by Padmapadacharya (Sanandana), the first Peethadhipatiof Puri Govardhana matha,
2. The Idayil Madham by Totakacharya (Ananda Giri), the first Jagadguru of the Jyotirmaṭha Pīthaṃ, near Badrinath,
3. The Naduvil Madham by Sureshwaracharya (Maṇḍana Miśra), the first Peethadhipati of Dakshinamnaya Sringeri Sharada Peetham and
4. The Vadakke Madham by Hasthamalakacharya, the first Peethadhipati of Dwaraka Peeth.

The Saraswathi Mandapam at Thekke Madham is hosting the Veda Saptaham.

The Sapthaham consists of chanting of various mantra in Rigveda, explanatory speeches on the various aspects- spiritual, scientific and literary- of the Vedic hymns.

The dates of the Yajna are from 28th February to 3rd March 2017.

The inaugural session was on 28th February 2017, at 9:30 AM. HH Shrimad Vasudevananda Brahmnanda Bhoothi Swamikal, the Mooppil Swamiyar of Thekke Madham lit the lamp and blessed the Yajna. Acharya Dr MR Rajesh, Kulapathi Kasyapashram, Calicut, delivered the inaugural address. The oratorical rendering by Dr Kuroor, every day will be followed by an interactive session- Vijnana Sadas- in which the eminent scholars will take part, at 4:30 pm. Cultural programmes will be staged after the interactive session

A book by name "Rigveda Vyakhyanam" authored by Dr Kuroor will be released during the inaugural session.

Mahakavi Akkitham, Padmasree awardee, who has translated Vyasa Bhagavatham to contemporary Malayalam, will be the chief guest at the valedictory ceremony.

Many Vedic scholars and knowledge aspirants from different parts of India are reaching in Thrissur to attend the unique Yajna.

Bhaagavatha Gnaana Yajnam

For the first time, outside Kerala, Bhaagavatham is being read in Malayalam.

In Kerala, Ramayanam has been read in the local language, Malayalam, in the “Kilippattu” form of Adhyaatma Ramaayanam composed by the legendary Tunjathu Ramanujan Ezhuthachan. However, we were reading the Bhaagavatham or the story of Bhagawaan SreeKrishna in Sanskrit, a language that is no longer understood by the teeming masses.

As a result of strenuous effort spread over a long period of time, Akkitham Achuthan Namboothiri, popularly known as Mahaakavi Akkitham, translated Vyasa Bhaagavatham into simple Malayalam language. Mahaakavi Akkitham has been divinely inspired to match Vyaasa Bhaagavatham verse for verse.

For the first time, outside Kerala, ACHYUTHAM 2017 brings Bhaagavatha praarayanam in Malayalam. This mega event of ‘Srimad Bhaagavatha Gnaana Yajnam’ is being conducted in Chennai at the Egmore Ayyappa Temple Auditorium.

Verses of Vyaasa Bhaagavatham are being read by followed by Malayalam verses of Akkitham’s Bhaagavatham. The Yajna Achaaryan, Shri Kailiyadu Vijayan Master M.A MPhil, gives his discourse based on these verses.

In this regard, a press meet was conducted to highlight the features of the proposed Bhaagavatha Gnaana Yajnam at the Chennai Press Club, Chepauk on 3rd February 2017. This event was reported in Tamil News papers and Malayalam newspaper Mathrubhumi.

The Inaugural Ceremony on held 5th February. The Bhaagavagtha Gnaana Yajnam is conducted from 6th to 18th February from 6:30 AM to 6 PM. After deeparaadhana, the Yajna Achaaryan gives his discourse based on various Upanishads. The concluding ceremonies will be held on the last day, Sunday 19th February till 1 PM.

A copy of the Malayalam version of Bhaagavatha grantham was received in person from its translator Mahaakavi at his Akkitham Mana residence at Kumaranallur, Palakkad District. The local newspapers were present on that auspicious occasion.

The Yajna Aachaaryan was ceremoniously received along with the copy of Akkitham’s Malayalam Bhagavatham at the Temple to the accompaniment of poornakumbham, thaalappoli and vaadyam.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Intervenes

Old helpless Rajamma in Kerala gets electricity connection.

With the intervention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rajamma has electricity to light up her home. After trudging to various government offices for three decades, Rajamma found courage to write to Prime Minister Narendra Modi; the Prime Minister’s intervention followed.

The sixty year old Rajamma had hitherto found only unsympathetic officials in government offices. They taunted her heartlessly asking why someone with failing eyesight needed light at night.

Rajamma told Janam TV reporter sadly: “The panchayat officials told me that I cannot get electricity connection."

The old neglected and humiliated visually handicapped Rajamma got a compassionate hearing from BJP activist Ms Arunalatha and the two women wrote a letter to their only hope, Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The helpless Rajamma poured out her sorrows into that missive to the highest in the land

The Prime Minister’s Office swung into action and directed the State Government to provide electricity connection to Rajamma’s residence on an emergency basis. The smile that lit up Rajamma’s face was brighter than the electricity bulb that light up her one room house.

The local residents inaugurated with fanfare the electricity connection that lit up Rajamma’s house and brightened her life. Witnessing this momentous occasion were the village dignitaries led by Vanganoor Grama Panchayat President.

This grama panchayat which was ruled repeatedly by a series of LDF and UDF dispensations had always scornfully rejected Rajamma’s application. Now for the first time this panchayat has come under the control of BJP.

Combining compassionate humanitarianism with pragmatic political wisdom, the BJP-controlled new panchayat committee swiftly decided in Rajamma’s favour. The Grama Panchayat President wrote to the electricity Board officials, enclosing the Prime Minister's letter forwarded by the Kerala State Government, and the electricity connection was given in a matter of days.

In the end it required a personal intervention by the respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi to bring electricity to old Rajamma’s house. The indolent and unresponsive attitude of the highly secular Kerala State Government necessitated this intervention.

Vanganoor Grama Panchayat is one of the four BJP-controlled grama panchayats in Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala.

Armed Forces Flag Day

Armed Forces Flag Day is observed every year on 7th December.

The Flag day is mainly observed to serve three basic purposes.

1. Rehabilitation of battle casualties

2. Welfare of serving personnel and their families

3. Resettlement and welfare of ex-servicemen and their families.

Immediately after India achieved independence, a need arose for the government to manage the welfare of its defence personnel.

On this day, small flags are distributed to the general population and donations are collected towards the Flag Day Fund.

Jawaharlal Nehru, who was then Prime Minister of India, said on December 7, 1954:

"A few weeks ago, I visited Indo-China and saw our officers and men attached to the International Commission there. It gave me a thrill to see their smart bearing and the good work they were doing in that distant land. What pleased me still more was their general popularity with the people there. By their efficiency as well as their friendliness, they enhanced the reputation of India. Among them were people from all parts of India. They observed no provincial or other differences amongst themselves. I am sure my countrymen will be pleased to learn of them and would like to indicate their appreciation of these young men who serve our country both here and elsewhere so well. A way to indicate that appreciation is to contribute to the Flag Day Fund."

In the busy schedule of our life, we tend to forget the hardships that our soldiers go through at the borders or while on duty for our safety. We tend to forget their sacrifices and their contributions to the nation. They are willing to face harsh weather, strenuous life styles, separation from their families and most importantly dead to safeguard our interests. As citizens of the country, it is the moral duty of each and every Indian to ensure the welfare of our brave soldiers and to support the families and dependants of our armed forces personnel who were martyred while fight for the country. Let us demonstrate our concern for the armed forces and their families by contributing generously to the Flag Day Fund established for their welfare.

"When You Go Home, Tell Them Of Us And Say, For Their Tomorrow, We Gave Our Today"

Epitaph inscribed on The Kohima 2nd Division Memorial

by Praveen Shanker Pillai

Khatmandu, Nepal: The residents of Janakpur conducted a hartal affecting normal life. They accused the ruling dispensation of cancelling the Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's visit to Janakpur. In Janakpur, which happens to be Goddess Sita's place of birth, Modi was to attend the traditional 'Ram Barat' celebrations at the famous Ram-Janaki temple.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's stop-over at Nepal's Janakpur was on Thursday cancelled at the last minute due to opposition by some political parties peeved over their non-inclusion in the preparatory committee. Bimalendra Nidhi, Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport and also chief of the preparation committee in Janakpur, said: "The Unified CPN-Maoist and some Madhesi parties were not only staging rallies to oppose the preparations made by the organising committee, but they have also threatened to form a parallel preparation committee in connection with Modi's visit to Janakpur".

Protests erupted after news broke of cancellation of the much anticipated visit by the Indian statesman.

Life was thrown out of gear due to the 'bandh' called by the parties demanding that Modi visit Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, as well as Janakpur as he had announced in August.

The Prime Minister is expected to attend the SAARC Summit on November 27-28. Modi was to visit three major pilgrimage sites — Janakpur, Lumbini and Muktinath — but his itinerary was reported in the media to be trimmed. These media reports sparked protest demonstrations.

Modi was earlier supposed to arrive in Janakpur on November 25 via land route and then fly to Kathmandu to attend the SAARC Summit. Foreign Minister Mahendra Bahadur Pandey told the media that India had conveyed that Modi would show up only at the SAARC Summit due to his involvement in various political meetings.

The 22-party alliance enforced the shutdown, accusing the government of ‘conspiring to get Modi’s scheduled visit cancelled’. Amid the ambiguity, preparations continued Friday at Janakpur to host the Indian leader.

Madheshi leader and Sadbhavana Party President Rajendra Mahato expressed his desire to see Prime Minister visit all three places. Mahato wanted a reception to be given to the Indian Prime Minister at a public venue instead of a government function. He accused the ruling dispensation of using the excuse of security to keep Modi away from the Nepali public. Protesters burnt the effigy of Prime Minister Sushil Koirala and Home Minister Bamdve Gautam, holding them responsible for the axing of the visit. Protesters demanded that Modi address a public rally.

The Nepal Government clarified that it has not received any communication of cancellation of Modi's visit to Janakpur. The Indian Embassy spokesperson also said that they have not come across any information of cancellation of Prime Minister's visit to janakpur.

Home Secretary Surya Prasad Silwal, who is in Janakpur to oversee security and other logistic factors, told the local media that he had not got any official communication from Kathmandu cancelling Modi's trip. He claimed that Modi's civic reception, welcome programme and public address would take place as scheduled at Janakpur. The capital city Kathmandu is being given a new look with solar street lights being installed, roads being blacktopped and roadside buildings being whitewashed for the upcoming SAARC Summit. The City Hall, situated in the heart of the city, which can accommodate about 1,000 people, is being renovated to host the main event of the regional meet.

The agitators had called off the strike after Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Bimalendra Nidhi urged Modi through the Indian Embassy to not cancel the visit after which life gradually returned to normalcy.

Muktinath is both a Hindu and Buddhist pilgrimage site. The temple of Lord Shiva is situated at the site. Muktinath is also famous for Buddhist pilgrimages as famous Buddhist monasteries are located there.

Colonel Neelakantan Jayachandran Nair

The only Indian Military Officer to have won both Ashoka Chakra and Kirti Chakra

by Praveen Shanker Pillai

Colonel Neelakantan Jayachandran Nair (1951-1993) was one of the most outstanding and decorated officers of the Indian Army. Colonel N.J Nair commissioned into 16 Maratha Light Infantry on 18th June 1971.

In December 1993, the 16th Maratha Light Infantry Battalion, deployed for Mobile Counter Insurgency Operations in Nagaland, was being in the process of being de-inducted. Colonel N.J. Nair was then due for his transfer & promotion. On 20 December 1993, at 8:40 A.M., negotiating a series of road bends with his soldiers on the Mokokchung-Mariani Road, he was ambushed by about 100 armed insurgents.

Unmindful of the overwhelming enemy fire that killed a Junior Commissioned Officer and 13 Jawans on the spot, and of his own grave injures, Colonel N.J Nair ordered a Lance Naik to mount upon his shoulders and throw grenades at the enemy. In the brief respite that followed, he organised his troops in an assault line and charged, leading from the front. Confounded by such recklessness, the enemy broke ranks and fled. Colonel N.J Nair was later found dead, close to the firing position of the insurgents.

For his outstanding valour and for displaying exceptional gallantry and courage, far beyond the call of duty, Colonel Neelakantan Jayachandran Nair was awarded the Ashoka Chakra and Kirti Chakra posthumously. Colonel Neelakantan Jayachandran Nair is only Indian Military Officer to have won both the Ashoka Chakra and the Kirti Chakra Awards.

On 17th February 2007 General J.J. Singh, Chief of Army Staff, released a souvenir in the name of the Colonel Neelakantan Jayachandran Nair at Sainik School in Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of Manju Nair, the wife of the war hero. The souvenir, `Tribute to Dear Jayan,' was brought out by the Sainik School Old Boys Association.

A Nehru-Gandhi Family Congress Attack on
Hindu Organizations and Sanyasis

Saffron Terror Bogey

by V. Sundaram IAS (r.) &
Praveen Shanker Pillai

The Sonia Congress is obviously worried that unlike the BJP old guard, the new Narendra Modi – Amit Shah Dispensation, being neither amenable to inducements nor vulnerable to blackmail, might take up the cause of Sadhwi Pragya and other Hindu Sanyasis at a political/electoral level and get them released. When that happens, and it surely will, the Sonia Congress will be exposed even further as an essentially anti-Hindu political party working at the behest of foreign forces inimical to India.

In our earlier article dated 12-August-2011, we had written that the “Saffron Terror” Chant was officially adopted in mid-2008 by the now deposed Sonia Gandhi - the Italian Bar-Maid turned Honey-Trap turned National-Daughter-in-Law and later turned Fascist Dictator of India.

Sonia Gandhi and her Family retainers like Ahmed Patel, Digvijay Singh, Sushil Shinde and P. Chidambaram viewed “Saffron Terror” as a Political Stratagem to win Elections, even at the cost of polarizing, humiliating, debilitating and destroying India in the process. It did not occur to them that Saffron represented Asceticism and Enlightenment and that it is a colour revered by Millions of Hindus, Buddhists, Sikh and Jain people from times immemorial. The Sonia Congress Party reveres only Green Colour – not the variegated Green of the riverine Sunderbans but the murderous ISI and ISIS Green of Islamic Jihad.

To help in winning the Assembly Elections in 2008 and the Lok Sabha Elections in 2009, “Saffron Terror” had to be conjured up and nurtured in the public limelight in order to achieve the following objectives:

  A. To portray the Hindu Spiritual Swamis and Sadhwis as terrorists.
  B. To defame the Hindu Organizations like RSS/VHP.
  C. To create feuds within the Hindu Nationalist Organizations
and make them ineffective as socio-political forces.
  D. To divide the politically consolidating Hindu majority and polarize them
        into “Communal” and “Secular” factions.
  E. To convince the Muslim Leaders that the ruling Congress has delinked Islam
from Islamic Jihad that was tormenting India.
  F. To win back the confidence of the minority communities
and keep their electoral vote bank intact.

While the Hindu organizations like the RSS, VHP, Shiv Sena and Sanatan Sanstha have not made much impact in States like West Bengal, Telangana, Andhra, Tamil Nadu and Kerala, they have been largely successful in many other States in organizing and mobilizing Hindu societies to fight the inimical Mullah-Missionary-Marxist forces and in this process they have succeeded in bringing to power in May 2014 with absolute majority, a Nationalist party, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the Union Government.

Mullah-Missionary-Marxist forces, which are inimical to Hindu people, regard the Sonia Congress Party their Chief Patron and their Cromwellian “Lord Protector”. They have taken Hastings Lionel Ismay’s sayings to heart.

Hastings Lionel Ismay (1887–1965) was a British soldier - diplomat, remembered primarily for his role as The British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill's chief military assistant during the Second World War and for his service as the first Secretary General of NATO from 1952 to 1957. Ismay stated in 1949 that the NATO's goal was “to keep the Russians Out, the Americans In and the Germans Down”.

To keep the Hindu Organizations Out, the Mullah-Missionary-Marxist forces In and the Hindu populace Down is the avowed, though unstated goal of Sonia Gandhi, who according to Dr Subramanian Swamy, infiltrated into the Nehru-Gandhi Family as a Satellite, nay, Guided Missile of foreign intelligence agencies.

Sonia-inspired Congress Party’s constant refrain of “Saffron Terror” is to frighten the BJP away from the RSS and other Hindu Organizations, knowing very well that, delinked from the RSS, the BJP will be reduced to a ‘B-Team’ of the Congress Party, keeping the bench warm for the ‘Shehzada’ of the Sonia Congress Party!

The Congress Party was founded in 1885 by Sir Allan Octavian Hume (1829–1912) ICS, along with Dadabhai Naoroji and Dinshaw Wacha during the time of Viceroy Lord Dufferin. Sir Allan was always worried that the Hindu-majority people of India, suffering from a “sense of hopelessness” might indulge in “a sudden violent outbreak of sporadic crime, murders of obnoxious persons, robbery of bankers and looting of bazaars, acts really of lawlessness which by a due coalescence of forces might any day develop into a National Revolt” against the British Raj. Thus a talking shop was needed where the ‘natives’ or Hindus did not indulge in armed rebellion.

This dread of armed Hindus was shared by Jawaharlal Nehru, the grandson of the last Kotwal of the Mughals. This Nehru was described by a discerning critic as “an Englishman by education, a Muslim by culture and a Hindu by a sheer accident of birth”.

Smt. Sarojini Naidu told Lord Mountbatten that Nehru “had a completely English education, outlook and mind”. [1]

This Nehru proudly declared to John Kenneth Galbraith in 1956 at a tea table “I am the last Englishman to rule India”. Compare Nehru's description of himself with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's description of himself to Reuters: “I am a Hindu, by birth. I am also a nationalist. So, if you say I am a Hindu nationalist, it is OK”.

Nehru never understood that Hinduism was a persecuted religion and culture, and needed relief from Islamic banditry. But he preached a new type of slavery in the name of secularism. - ‘India Betrayed: The Role of Nehru’ by Brigadier (Retd.) B.N. Sharma. [2]

The Patriotic Hindus who did not accept the new form of slavery which called itself Secularism, the Sanatani Hindus who were imbued with the valorous Kshatriya spirit, the Nationalistic Hindus who agree with the dictum of Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790): “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety” earned Nehru's irrepressible ire and implacable hatred.

When Lt. General Sir Robert Lockhart, the first Commander-in-Chief of Independent India took a strategic plan for a Government directive on defence policy, Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru blew his top: “Rubbish! Total rubbish! We don’t need a defence plan. Our policy is ahimsa (non-violence). We foresee no military threats. Scrap the army! The police are good enough to meet our security needs”. [3]

After getting freedom, one meeting was organized to select the first General of Indian Army. Leaders and Army officers were discussing to whom this responsibility should be given. In between the discussion Nehru said: “I think we should appoint a British officer as a General of Indian Army as we don't have Indian Officers with enough experience to lead the Army.” [4]] Of course, the Grand Mogul of Independent India wouldn’t want a “Kaffir” as his Army Chief! For him, a white-skinned foreigner is definitely preferable to a brown-skinned “Kaffir”!

This Nehru did not display any hesitation in implementing his commie-jihadi goal of destroying the Indian Army. On September 16, 1947, he directed that the Indian Army's then strength of 280,000 be brought down to 150,000. Even in fiscal 1950-51, when the Chinese threat had begun to loom large on the horizon, 50,000 army personnel were sent home as per Nehru’s original treacherous plan to disband the armed forces of India. After Independence, he once noticed a few men in Army uniform in a small office the Army had in North Block, and angrily had them evicted. Soon after Independence he separated the Army, Navy, and Air Force from a Unified Command and abolished the post of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, thus bringing down the status of the senior most military chief. He continued to demote the status of the three Service Chiefs at irregular intervals in the Order of Precedence in the Official Government Protocol, a practice loyally continued by successive Congress Governments to the benefit of politicians and bureaucrats. [5]

Working under the firm "Foreign Hand" of Sonia Gandhi, an Islam-Embracing, Christianity-Coveting, and Hindu-Hating Woman Catholic Imposter from Italy, the Sonia Congress UPA Government had a special interest in destroying the morale and war-preparedness of the Defence Forces of the Hindu-majority India.

The other organization that attracted the malevolent attention of the Congress Party in general and Nehru in particular is the largest, though still unarmed, body of patriotic Hindus – the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh or the RSS, which was founded in 1925 by Dr Keshav Baliram Hedgewar as part of the movement against British rule and as a response to Muslim attacks on unarmed and unprepared Hindus. A major emphasis is placed on dedication and discipline, both mental and physical, as a means to restore strength, courage and valour in Hindu youth and to foster unity among Hindus of all castes and classes. Paramilitary training and daily exercise and drills are part of this discipline.

On 4th Feb 1948, M.S. Golwalkar then the RSS chief was arrested, by Nehru's Government and RSS was banned.

This is what the Nehru Government Communiqué, which banned RSS on 04th February 1948, said: “It has been found that in several parts of the country individual members of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh have indulged in acts of violence involving arson, robbery, dacoity, and murder and have collected illicit arms and ammunitions. They have been found circulating leaflets exhorting people to resort to terrorist methods, to collect fire arms, to create disaffection against the Government and suborn the Police and the Military.” This was five days after Gandhiji’s assassination.[6]

T.R. Venkatrama Shastri, former Advocate General of Madras met Sardar Patel and informed the latter that the accusation of RSS’ complicity in Gandhi’s assassination had no real foundation, and "charges against the RSS in some cases having been found unsustainable". The ban was unconditionally lifted on 9th July 1949. Nehru's daughter Maimuna Begum (Indira Gandhi) too banned the RSS during the dark days of the illegal Emergency Rule of 1975-77.

This is what I had written in April 15, 2006 in an article titled, 'RSS had informed planned massacre of Hindus and flag of "Pakistan" on the Red Fort'.
“Recently I was going through the records and archives of this period. A solid fact which has been hidden from public view by the Nehru Government in 1947 and later by all congress Governments relates to the plot which was hatched by the Muslim League to bump off the entire Congress leadership on 10th September 1947 in New Delhi. The planned Muslim coup was unsuccessful because of the timely information given by Sri Guruji through his RSS volunteers to Sardar Patel about the attempted Muslim coup. The Muslim coup was foiled on account of the sharp vigilance displayed by the RSS. Even at that time, there were many right-thinking, non-partisan people who duly recognised and admired the stellar role played by the RSS. One of the most notable among them was Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhagwan Das, a profound thinker and philosopher and the revered father of Sri Sriprakasha, Ex-High Commissioner for Pakistan and later Governor of Tamil Nadu. Dr. Bhagwan Das declared in his article in the ‘ORGANISER’ on 16th October 1948: “I have been reliably informed that a number of youths of the RSS were able to inform Sardar Patel and Nehruji in the very nick of time of the (Muslim) Leaguers" intended "coup” on September 10, 1947, whereby they had planned to assassinate all Members of Government and all Hindu officials and thousands of Hindu citizens on that day and plant the flag of "Pakistan" on the Red Fort and then seize all of Hind. If these high-spirited and self-sacrificing boys had not given the very timely information to Nehruji and Patelji, there would have been no Government of India today, the whole country would have changed its name into Pakistan, tens of millions of Hindus would have been slaughtered and all the rest converted to Islam or reduced to stark slavery....Well, what is the net result of all this long story? Simply this: that our Government should utilise, and not sterilise, the patriotic energies of the lakhs of RSS youths.” ” (http://www.ivarta.com/columns/OL_060415.htm) This explains the 06th January 1948, Statement by Sardar Patel issued just three weeks before Gandhiji’s assassination.

On 06th Jan 1948, Sardar Patel issued a statement that was directly contrary to what was mentioned about the Sangh in the ban-communiqué. Targeting his own party men, he said: “In the Congress those who are in power feel that by virtue of their authority they will be able to crush the RSS by danda (force)…danda is meant for dacoits and thieves…The RSS men are not thieves and dacoits. They are patriots…only their trend of thought is diverted” (“The Hindu”, Madras dated 7th Jan. 1948.).
Patriotic, yes but Diverted! Diverted from what? Diverted from Gandhian appeasement of Muslims at any cost to the Hindus? We say with pride, then so be it!

It was clear that of these Congress men “in power”, Nehru was foremost in wanting to use the danda against the RSS. Even just before Gandhiji’s assassination, on 29th Jan at Amritsar, Nehru had vowed to “demolish” the RSS. Gandhiji’s assassination was just an excuse. The charged atmosphere following the assassination strengthened the hands of those who had been against the RSS from much before. [7]

Leading Hindu social and political leaders held an All India Hindu Conference in Allahabad in 1910 to organise Indian Hindus politically in response to the rise of the Muslim League. The Hindu Mahasabha was founded in 1914 in Amritsar with headquarters in Haridwar. In 1925, Hindu Mahasabha's former member Dr Keshav Baliram Hedgewar left to form the RSS.

Hindu Mahasabha's one-time rising star, Syama Prasad Mookerjee, left the party and established the Bharatiya Jana Sangh, the forerunner to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which is today the largest Hindu nationalist political party in India. The organizational and ideological linkages between the RSS and the BJP are being sought to be cut by the alien Congress Party from the Mughal Nehru to the Italian Sonia by raising the bogey of “Saffron Terror”.

Finding that Sonia Gandhi’s DIVISIVE AND POLARISING POLITICS have failed to stop the tide of BJP electoral victory after victory, on the one hand and seeing the negative results of narco tests on Swami Amritanand Tirth Dev, on the other, the Sonia Congress-controlled Maharashtra Government’s ATS, in its desperation to please its beleaguered political masters in Maharashtra, made a complete u-Turn. The ATS, which accused the RSS of being an instigator and perpetrator of “Saffron Terror”, made an outlandish claim that the RSS is a VICTIM of “Saffron Terror”!

With the latest 'spin' that the Malegon accused have conspired to kill RSS leaders, the Anti Terrorism Squad of the Maharashtra Police has shot itself in the foot. On the explicit instructions of its political masters to paint Hindu Organisations as not only radical but also violent, the ATS has discredited itself even further. A Congress spokesperson has gone on record saying that the Hindu outfits are engaged in a 'civil war' within and advising the BJP to stay away from them and stop supporting such outfits.

The Sonia Congress is obviously worried that unlike the BJP old guard, the new Dispensation of the Dynamic Duo, Narendra Modi – Amit Shah, being neither amenable to inducements nor vulnerable to blackmail, might take up the cause of Sadhwi Pragya and other Hindu Sanyasis at a political/electoral level and get them released. When that happens, and it surely will, the Sonia Congress will be exposed even further as an essentially anti-Hindu political party working at the behest of foreign forces inimical to India.

The Italian-born Edvige Antonia Albina Màino a.k.a Sonia Gandhi and her alien half-breed Family and their slavish lackeys and courtiers, both in the Congress and in the Main Stream Media, will pay very dearly in the coming Maharashtra Assembly Elections to be held on 15th October 2014 for the racial and religious oppression of Hindu Sanyasis and Sadhwis, including Sadhwi Pragya.

We place on record our deep and abiding respect for the brave Maharatta warrior, Assistant Sub-Inspector Tukaram Ombale of the Mumbai Police. We also take this opportunity to warn those who conduct subterranean subterfuge and ally with the anti-national forces led by the Sonia Congress to defeat Hindu Nationalist BJP. Hiding behind the mask of ‘Marathi Manoos’ will not save any one who make common cause with the oppressors of Hindu Sanyasis and Sadhwis. They will face electoral obliteration and fade into political oblivion.
